The logistics_status will become LOGISTICS_REQUEST_CREATED after arrange shipment, and can call this API to update to: LOGISTICS_PICKUP_DONE, LOGISTICS_DELIVERY_DONE, LOGISTICS_DELIVERY_FAILED.
